| ROE Dental Laboratory is a full-service dental laboratory that has built long-term partnerships with dentists since the 1920s. Our team of highly trained and experienced technicians is passionate about delivering exceptional quality and service to help maximize patient satisfaction while minimizing chair time. As part of our commitment to employee wellness, ROE provides in-house dental care services to our team members as a benefit. We are currently seeking a part-time dentist to provide on-site (Independence, OH) dental care at our facility two days per month, scheduled on a consistent day of the week (for example, every other Friday). The specific day is flexible and can be determined collaboratively. This role offers a fixed per-day compensation, with the opportunity to earn additional bonus income based on restorative work performed. ROE will cover all laboratory and material costs and will provide access to our state-of-the-art operatories and on-site CBCT scanner at our facility.
