Job Description

All competencies for Prototype Assembler Level 2P
Uses schematics with manufacturing information ( MI ) to construct ETO project systems and assemblies including complex mechanical and moderately difficult wiring assignments. Demonstrates project ownership with the ability to work in a team environment or independently which may include expertise in one type of assembly including mechanical and wiring.
Participate in team meetings, positive, professional approach to work, willingness to help, work, or train in other areas.
Ability to work with no supervision or assistance to complete moderately difficult projects
Requires judgment to propose solutions and supports development and training initiatives.
Performs job tasks that are very detail oriented while focused on safety, quality and customer expectations.
Other duties as assigned and including the following competencies:
Mechanical cutouts on panels/enclosures
Final installation and connection of devices
Demonstrate ability to assemble custom buss (flex bar)
Collaborate with a team of assemblers on multiple enclosure projects.
Contribute to 5S, FME & Housekeeping efforts
Able & willing to become a mentor.
