JOB SUMMARY:

The Office Services Assistant performs key responsibilities pertaining to the office refreshment and snack program, mailing, shipping, and receiving. This role works directly with the Office Services Coordinator to maintain inventory for all office functions such as office supplies, toner, refreshments, stationery, conference room supplies, and mailing/shipping supplies. The Office Services Assistant will provide exceptional customer service, with a focus on creating a customer-centric environment. This role must be able to adapt to multiple incoming requests from Team Members and be able to accomplish a daily checklist. Responding with a sense of urgency is the ante to play. This individual must be organized and detail oriented. This position will also have opportunities to learn and grow in the sport industry business while becoming familiar with the processes and practices of the organization’s Procurement & Project Services Team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Stock and track all essential office products.
  • Stock and track all refreshments and snacks.
  • Stock and track all printer and toner cartridges.
  • Accomplish daily checklist items.
  • Monitor product rotation procedures. Process and resolve product quality issues.
  • Assist with shipping and receiving for all areas of the business, along with key mailroom operations.
  • Maintain all copiers and printers in proper working order and stock all paper, toner, and other supplies necessary for machine to work properly.
  • Place service calls for malfunctioning copiers, printers, and fax machines, and ensure a swift resolution to any issues.
  • Assist receptionist position with phone coverage and duties as necessary.
  • Respond to Team Member requests in a timely and complete manner.
  • Exhibit exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently with precise detail.
  • Maintain clean and organized working areas.
  • Take initiative on tasks and projects that create lasting impact.
  • Ability to lift and move boxes in excess of 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work in a team setting and communicate effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior administrative experience.
  • Strong customer service experience.
  • Highly effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Inventory and product stocking replenishment experience.
