Ravenwood Health is seeking both Full Time and Part Time Mental Health Residential Specialists for our Youth facility due to exciting program expansion!

Ravenwood Health is looking for specialists to join our team at the Geauga Youth Center. Residential Specialists are critically important members of our residential team, and they provide support, monitoring and guidance in all activities. This opportunity is ideal for those looking to gain experience in the field of behavioral health. The position includes comprehensive training and ongoing competency assessments to ensure that our team members can successfully complete their job responsibilities.
Job Duties Include:
- Direct supervision and involvement with clients
- Monitoring routines
- Supporting treatment goals
- Daily administrative and cleaning tasks
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Must have strong personal and professional boundaries.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and work both independently and within a team.
- Demonstrates professionalism with related professionals both inside/outside of the agency.
- Must possess good attendance practices.
Residential Worker Requirements include:
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must pass an FBI/BCI background check
- Must be 21 years or older.
