As our Service Center Manager, you will have total operational ownership. You will set the culture, drive the revenue, and lead an incredible team through inspiration, not just instruction. What You’ll Do

Inspirational Leadership & Culture (The "People" Side)

  • Lead by Inspiration: Set the daily energy and tone for the shop, living out Rad Air’s standards and our four golden rules.

  • Develop Elite Talent: Conduct impactful daily huddles and monthly one-on-one growth coaching with your technicians. You don't just manage performance metrics; you build careers.

  • Foster Collaboration: Bridge the gap between the counter and the bays, working collaboratively with technicians to solve complex vehicle issues and optimize workflow.

Operational Excellence (The "Business" Side)

  • Drive the P&L: Take full ownership of the shop’s daily operations, from opening a pristine, client-ready facility to executing efficient vehicle delivery.

  • Master the Service Counter: Command the sales process by crafting accurate repair estimates, communicating transparently with clients, and building trust with al stakeholders.

  • Community Ambassador: Represent the Rad Air brand at franchise, community, and neighborhood events to keep the neighborhood loyal to our shop.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven Track Record: Minimum of five years of high-performing service writing/advising experience AND a minimum of three years in a distinct leadership/management role.

  • The Basics: High school diploma or equivalent (a college degree is a major plus, but we value proven execution above all).

  • Driving Record: A clean driving record is required.

  • The Mindset: A fierce desire to run a business autonomously, have a sense of urgency, and be rewarded for its success.
