What We’re Looking For:

We aren’t just looking for someone who can "turn wrenches." We are looking for a Professional:

• Diagnostic Wizard: You’re the person others go to when they can’t find the electrical ghost or the complex drivability issue.

• Career Mindset: You take pride in your certifications (ASE Master highly preferred) and stay updated on the latest hybrid, EV, and computer-controlled systems.

• Mentor Spirit: You’re willing to share your knowledge with our apprentices and mid-level techs to help the whole shop "level up."

• Detail Oriented: You provide clean, accurate digital inspections and believe in doing the job right the first time, every time.

The Requirements:

• 6+ years of professional automotive experience.

• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

• A positive attitude and a desire to be part of a winning team.
