What You’ll Be Doing:

As our General Service Tech, you’ll handle the critical under-car work that keeps Westlake moving:

• Undercar Mastery: Expertly handle brakes, suspension, steering components, and exhaust repairs.

• Precision Maintenance: Perform high-quality fluid exchanges and oil services with a focus on "doing it right the first time."

• Digital Inspections: Use our tech to perform thorough vehicle health checks and help our advisors explain what the car needs to the customer.

• Diagnostic Growth: Assist our Master Techs with complex diagnostics, learning the ropes of electrical systems and drivability issues.

• Shop Pride: Keep your bay clean and organized (a professional workspace leads to professional results).

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience in an automotive shop.

• Specialty: Strong foundational skills in tires, brakes, and general under-car repair.

• The "Hustle": You’re a self-starter who doesn't need to be told what to do next when the shop is humming.

• Communication: You can document your work clearly and work well with the rest of the team.

• The Future: You have a strong desire to learn, grow, and eventually earn your ASE certifications (if you don’t have them already). Ready to Level Up?
