What You’ll Do (Primary Duties & Responsibilities)

Be the friendly face and voice of our shop – answer phones, greet clients, schedule appointments.

Guide clients through the service experience: intake, approvals, updates, and vehicle delivery.

Review repair recommendations and secure client approval to move forward.

Manage loaner vehicle process, including paperwork, client walk-throughs, and check in/out.

Keep the shop organized with an up-to-date schedule and client communications.

Process payments, review warranties, and ensure clients understand the value of their service.

Support shop visibility by posting to Facebook/Google and responding to online reviews.

Perform follow-up calls, send new client welcome letters, and ensure clients feel cared for.

Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area and assist with general office duties.

Shuttle clients when needed.
What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)

High school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus).

Outstanding communication and organizational skills.

Friendly, professional, and patient demeanor – you care about people.

Problem-solving skills with a “can-do” attitude.

Clean driving record.

Previous automotive service advisor or customer service experience is a plus.
