Join Our Team as a Press Brake Operator!

We're looking for a motivated Press Brake Operator to join our production team. In this role, you'll assist with the set-up, operation. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build hands-on manufacturing skills.

What You'll Do

• Assist in operating production equipment to make assigned parts using press brakes and proper tooling
• Operate light metalworking machines such as shears, brakes, and punches to cut, bend, punch, or shape sheet metal
• Notify your supervisor of any product discrepancies, machine malfunctions, or tooling issues
• Track time, quantity of parts made/scrapped, and materials used for each job
• Inspect parts and document findings on required paperwork
• Keep your work area safe, clean, and organized, including returning tools and samples to their proper place
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements
• CNC experience a plus

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED
• Prior experience operating machines in a manufacturing environment
• Clear oral and written communication skills
• Familiarity with company and OSHA safety requirements
• Ability to read customer drawings and understand tolerances
• Skill with measuring tools and gauges
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of machine/tooling purpose, capability, and function
• Ability to perform light machine/tooling maintenance

Schedule

• 4 days a week, 10-hour shifts
• 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Fridays available/required for overtime as needed

Physical Requirements

• Regular use of hands for fingering, handling, or feeling; frequent talking and hearing
• Frequent standing, walking, sitting, and reaching with hands and arms
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
• Close, distance, color, and peripheral vision; depth perception; ability to adjust focus
• Frequent exposure to moving mechanical parts
• Work environment is noisy
