Maintenance Electrician and Welder

We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Electrician and Welder to join our facility team in a combined role covering electrical maintenance, hydraulics, and welding. If you're a versatile, hands-on tradesperson who can troubleshoot electrical systems one hour and lay down a solid weld the next, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical systems on production equipment and facility infrastructure
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic systems, including pumps, cylinders, valves, and hoses
• Perform welding and fabrication repairs on equipment, structures, and components as needed
• Read electrical schematics, blueprints, and equipment manuals to guide repairs
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime
• Respond to emergency equipment breakdowns and provide timely repairs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, including proper storage of welding and electrical equipment
• Document maintenance work, repairs, and parts usage

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED; trade school, apprenticeship, or technical certification preferred
• Proven experience as an industrial/maintenance electrician
• Welding experience with required certifications/credentials (MIG, TIG, or Stick as applicable)
• Must supply own welding equipment/tools as required
• Solid understanding of hydraulic systems and troubleshooting
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical diagrams
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Comfortable working in an industrial manufacturing environment
