We have an opening for a Content Implementation Specialist who can continue to engage our users on behalf of our clients by publishing content on our platform. How You'll Add Value- Be a platform leader helping wherever needed to support a global base of users of our enterprise engagement platform- Publish articles, documents, resources, guides, and everything else you can possibly imagine users want to access- Communicate with our client's team members- Work with clients across every stage of engagement from platform implementation to usage- Support the QA team with both testing and feedback for new system enhancements and capabilities- Create end-user and internal system documentation- Manage user access to systems (uploading of datasheets, modifying content, adjusting roles)- Troubleshoot issues reported- Communicate effectively with the organization- Work closely with our Program Manager and Client Success Lead to ensure all projects go live on time and to the correct audiences- Be a contributing member of a highly supportive culture
