As a solutions architect at Level20, you’ll have the opportunity to innovate in multiple business sectors by providing technical direction for new web and mobile-based products and services. You’ll be involved from research through delivery: leading technical discussions and exploration, providing technical designs. Additionally, you’ll contribute to “building the baseline” of shared code and infrastructure to promote acceleration through portability and reuse.

This is a hybrid role in downtown Cleveland, OH (Office Location: 800 W St Clair Ave STE 200, Cleveland, OH 44113) with free parking. Work-from-home days are possible for this position (Monday and Friday).

Must-have qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Information Systems) and a minimum of eight years work experience in one or more domain or platform areas.
  • In lieu of a degree, a minimum of ten years work experience in one or more domain or platform areas.

Preferred skills

Compensation

  • $148,000-$175,000/year depending on experience
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 50% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
