Non-Ferrous Scrap Processing Associate

We’re hiring a hands-on associate to sort, process, and prepare non-ferrous metals such as aluminum, copper, brass, and stainless steel in an outdoor scrap and recycling environment. This role supports daily production by maintaining material quality, safety, and yard organization.

What You’ll Do:
Sort and identify non-ferrous metals, separate material by grade, operate basic processing tools and equipment, load and stage materials, and maintain a clean and safe work area while following all PPE and safety requirements.

What We’re Looking For:
Experience in scrap, recycling, manufacturing, or industrial labor is preferred. Candidates must be comfortable working outdoors, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and willing to learn material identification and processing procedures. Equipment experience is a plus but not required.
