We’re hiring a Mechanical Maintenance Technician to support heavy equipment and processing machinery in a large outdoor industrial scrap yard. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys fixing big equipment, working outside, and keeping operations running safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• Repair and maintain loaders, excavators, conveyors, balers, and shredders
• Troubleshoot mechanical and hydraulic systems
• Perform welding, torching, and basic fabrication
• Handle breakdowns and preventive maintenance
• Work outdoors year-round in a heavy industrial environment

What You Need

• 2+ years of mechanical or industrial maintenance experience
• Heavy equipment or industrial machinery repair background
• Welding and cutting experience
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
• Strong safety mindset
