Maintenance Technician – 1st Shift

We’re hiring a Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you’ll install, repair, and maintain industrial equipment such as pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, and shredders in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You’ll troubleshoot mechanical issues, perform preventive maintenance using Express Maintenance software, and install and align equipment from blueprints. Welding and fabrication work may be required, and you’ll work closely with electricians and other maintenance technicians to keep equipment running safely and efficiently.

This position is ideal for candidates with a strong mechanical background, experience with hydraulics and pneumatics, and comfort working in physically demanding conditions. A commitment to safety, including lockout/tagout and proper PPE use, is essential.
