Job Title: Quality Inspector

Schedule: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to support our production team by ensuring all products meet established quality standards. This role is critical in maintaining customer satisfaction, compliance, and continuous improvement within the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections of parts and finished products

• Verify product specifications using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges

• Identify, document, and report defects or non-conforming materials

• Complete inspection reports and maintain accurate quality records

• Follow quality procedures, work instructions, and safety guidelines

• Communicate quality issues clearly with production and supervision

• Support corrective actions and continuous improvement efforts

• Maintain a clean and organized inspection area

Qualifications:

• Prior quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

• Ability to read blueprints, work instructions, or quality specifications (a plus)

• Strong attention to detail and consistency

• Basic math and measurement skills

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
