Job Title: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)

Location: Solon

Position Type: Full-Time

Schedule: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm Monday – Friday (Off every other Friday)

About Us:
We are a small but busy medical facility dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients. Our team of 4–6 doctors works collaboratively to deliver high-quality healthcare in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking an experienced and certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our team and support both our physicians and patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct clinical support to 4–6 physicians, ensuring efficient patient flow.

  • Prepare exam rooms, take patient vitals, and update electronic health records (EHR).

  • Assist with medical procedures and treatments under physician supervision.

  • Administer medications and injections as directed.

  • Perform phlebotomy, specimen collection, and basic lab tests.

  • Manage patient communication, including follow-up calls and instructions.

  • Handle documentation, charting, and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Support physicians with administrative and clinical tasks as needed.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinical environment.

Requirements:

  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential (required).

  • Previous experience as a Medical Assistant in a medical office or clinical setting.

  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures.

  • Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.

  • Professional, dependable, and patient-focused attitude.
