Customer Service Representative - Office Assistant

Responsibilities include but not limited too:

Answering phones

Managing Service emails

Writing Service calls from emails

Dispatching service calls

Following up with subcontractors on work given

Provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications:

One year of related general office experience, or any equivalent combination of related education and experience

Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to adapt to changing demands and responsibilities

Hours Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm
