Job Description

As a Financial Analyst II, you will play a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making across all Hose Products Division (HPD) locations. You will be responsible for performing in-depth financial analyses, interpreting complex data sets, and generating actionable insights that support business growth and operational efficiency. Your expertise in report creation and presentation will enable you to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders at all levels, influencing strategic planning and financial performance.

Essential Functions:

  • Assists in the development of financial plans for HPD including division level and plant specific
  • Coordinates, implements and analyzes the corporate administrative budget process.
  • Initiates improvements in the budgeting and reporting process.
  • Prepares monthly, month end, quarterly and annual financial reports and presentation
  • Assists in the financial analysis of operating groups on a monthly basis.
  • Orders and shipments monitoring.
  • Preparation of year end analysis book
  • Accounting for GDP
  • Special projects as needed
  • Assists with general accounting responsibilities as needed

Qualifications:

  • B.S. Accounting
  • 3 -5 years accounting experience.
  • Computer knowledge
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Microsoft applications
  • Access database & Power BI experience preferred
