About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused HR professional to join our Americas HR Service Center team. In this role, you’ll provide centralized HR support to employees, managers, and HR partners, helping ensure a smooth and efficient experience across HR programs, processes, and systems.
What You’ll Do
- Initiate, manage, track, and complete HR Service cases, using our case management system
- Partner with HR CoEs (Total Rewards, Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and HRIS), to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Ensure timely and accurate request resolution
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, team goals and performance metrics
- Support a variety of HR processes, including:
- New hire onboarding and I-9 processing
- Employee data management in HR systems
- Benefits program and Open Enrollment questions
- Policy and document management
- Timekeeping and PTO support
- Reimbursement program inquiries and processing
- Offboarding processing
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of HR experience, ideally in a shared services or service center environment
- Experience working with HR systems (Workday is a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field (preferred)
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (required)
- Knowledge of Brazilian labor laws is a plus
