We currently serve over 2,000 quick service restaurants across Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Michigan and Western Pennsylvania as well as national retail and sandwich makers!

Benefits and Compensation:
Salary Range: $55,000 - $60,000 (BOE)
Schedule: Standard 3 - 12 Hour shifts (5:30pm - 5:30am or 5:30am - 5:30pm)

This position is responsible for directing the activities of the personnel within the production and packaging areas in a manner consistent with Company policies and procedures; federal, state and local regulations, that will ensure the most efficient and effective production of the highest quality bakery products, under the safest and most sanitary conditions possible.
Responsibilities:
Our Production Supervisor values Character, Community, and Commitment. The job responsibilities of our Production Supervisor are to:
  • Supervise production line operations in accordance with plant policies and procedures.
  • Train and Coach production line employees.
  • Conduct employee performance reviews.
  • Schedule and conduct shift meetings.
  • Work with QA Dept. to ensure products are being made to customer specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with SQF level code of practice and HACCP regulations and programs.
  • Responsible for quality control. Adjust as necessary during the shift to producing products within specifications. Reject product outside of specifications.
Qualifications:
  • 3 – 5 years of Manufacturing experience, preferably in Food & Beverage
  • 2 Years of Leadership experience, Preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Familiarity with Unions
Example Activities:
  • Enforce Safety and Sanitation regulations.
  • Keep records of employees’ attendance and hours worked.
  • Inspect materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions.
  • Read and analyze charts, work orders, production schedules, and other records and reports to determine production requirements and to evaluate current production estimates and outputs.
  • Confer with other supervisors to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments.
  • Interpret specifications, job orders, company and union policies and procedure for team members.
  • Lead shift meetings
