Position Summary
The Senior Supply Chain Manager for our Global Amazon Acceleration Team plays a key role in accelerating supply chain innovation and transformation for Amazon-related business initiatives. This critical position will lead strategic efforts to enhance agility, reduce cost-to-serve, and improve end-to-end visibility across a dynamic, high-growth environment. Operating in a fast-paced setting, the role demands a high level of curiosity, quick adaptability and proactive problem-solving to stay ahead of evolving business needs. As a thought partner to Amazon and internal stakeholders, the role focuses on designing scalable solutions and operating models that support shared long-term goals. Success in this role requires a blend of strategic thinking, relational influence, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver meaningful impact across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive strategic supply chain transformation by designing scalable, data-driven solutions that enhance agility, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives that integrate digital, commercial, and operational capabilities to support Nestlé’s long-term goals and strategic priorities with Amazon.
- Act as a strategic partner to Amazon; co-developing joint business plans, aligning innovation priorities, and advancing shared growth objectives.
- Manage complex projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with broader strategic goals, timely delivery, and effective risk mitigation.
- Utilize advanced analytics and data management to inform decisions, uncover performance insights, and embed data-driven capabilities across the supply chain.
- Influence senior stakeholders and advocate for investment in supply chain innovation through compelling business cases and strategic storytelling.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required (Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field)
- 6-8 years of experience in supply chain strategy, transformation, or consulting.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale change initiatives.
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence across levels.
- Highly adaptable, thrives in ambiguity, and energized by complex challenges.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead through influence and drive clarity in ambiguity.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in supply chain systems and tools.
The approximate pay range for this position is $165,000 to $185,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
