What You’ll Be Doing:

• Keep our inventory organized & efficient – manage new and obsolete items, ensure proper product placement, and optimize storage.
• Maintain accuracy – investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies to keep our ERP system aligned with real-world stock.
• Support warehouse efficiency – setup overstock locations and replenishment functions to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
• Lead training efforts – act as the go-to expert for picking and receiving training for new and transitioning warehouse employees.
• Drive continuous improvement – identify opportunities to enhance operations and implement cost-saving solutions.
• Prioritize safety – ensure compliance with Mars Electric’s safety procedures to keep our workplace secure.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Inventory management experience required (minimum 2 years)
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Eclipse experience is a plus!)
• Basic math & computer skills (Microsoft Outlook proficiency needed)
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (RF scanner experience preferred)
• Physical capability to bend, twist, stoop, reach, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule – ability to adapt to changing start and end times when needed
