Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for warehouse operations and team development? We’re seeking a high-performing Pick, Pack, Ship Supervisor to oversee order processing activities within a fast-paced distribution environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a team of hourly employees, including department leads.
  • Oversee daily work including order processing, quality control, logistics coordination, and end-of-day facility closure.
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed and enforced daily.
  • Oversee all facets of wire handling operations.
  • Collaborate with logistics team to ensure accurate and efficient truck loading.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on process efficiency, accuracy and productivity.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for operation and personnel issues within your team.
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Coach, mentor and provide feedback, to support the development and improvement of employees. Liaison with HR for escalated performance matters, etc.
  • Maintain warehouse facility standards by ensuring organization, cleanliness and compliance with company policies.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Requirements, Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business or operations required.
  • Minimum 3 years of warehouse operations experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team leader experience required.
  • Proven ability to set clear performance expectations, hold regular progress check-ins, and deliver constructive evaluations.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety, customer service, and operational excellence.
  • Proficiency with warehouse systems and Microsoft Office tools.
