We’re looking for a strategic, analytical, and collaborative Pricing Manager to oversee pricing strategies across diverse customer groups, ensuring they align with business goals and drive profitability.


What You’ll Do

Pricing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and manage advanced pricing strategies, tools, and methodologies.

  • Maintain pricing matrices and margin rules within our ERP system.

  • Lead monthly pricing performance reviews, delivering actionable insights.

  • Partner with purchasing to identify margin opportunities and negotiate with vendors.

Sales Support

  • Work closely with sales teams to implement customer-specific pricing strategies.

  • Provide pricing support for high-value customers, job quotes, and volume-based deals.

  • Support major project pricing with a “partner approach."

System & Process Development

  • Create centralized tools and dashboards for pricing visibility and consistency.

  • Improve pricing flexibility and responsiveness to market conditions.

  • Drive process automation and efficiency improvements.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Conduct competitive pricing analysis and market research.

  • Provide detailed performance reporting to inform strategic decisions.


What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in pricing, data analysis, or related functions.

  • Advanced Excel and Power BI skills for data analysis and visualization.

  • Experience with ERP systems (Eclipse preferred).

  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional meetings.

  • High attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to train others.

  • Proven track record of driving process improvements.
