We’re looking for a strategic, analytical, and collaborative Pricing Manager to oversee pricing strategies across diverse customer groups, ensuring they align with business goals and drive profitability. What You’ll Do Pricing Strategy & Execution -
Develop and manage advanced pricing strategies, tools, and methodologies. -
Maintain pricing matrices and margin rules within our ERP system. -
Lead monthly pricing performance reviews, delivering actionable insights. -
Partner with purchasing to identify margin opportunities and negotiate with vendors. Sales Support -
Work closely with sales teams to implement customer-specific pricing strategies. -
Provide pricing support for high-value customers, job quotes, and volume-based deals. -
Support major project pricing with a “partner approach." System & Process Development -
Create centralized tools and dashboards for pricing visibility and consistency. -
Improve pricing flexibility and responsiveness to market conditions. -
Drive process automation and efficiency improvements. Reporting & Analytics What You Bring -
Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, or related field. -
5+ years of experience in pricing, data analysis, or related functions. -
Advanced Excel and Power BI skills for data analysis and visualization. -
Experience with ERP systems (Eclipse preferred). -
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional meetings. -
High attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to train others. -
