The incumbent will collaborates with the Nursing Programs Administrator, Nursing Recruitment Team, and College Enrollment Services Department to assure seamless progression of the student that is seeking the nursing pathway; Serve as a student support and liaison to the nursing program; Assist with development of student program progression forms; Track and follow up with High School students in the nursing pipeline; Communicates regularly with students to make sure progression forms and course work is completed; Collect and summarize nursing program cohort data; Performs other duties as assigned.

Ability to work effectively at all levels in a collaborative, customer service oriented, team environment; Ability to work with varying age groups and socioeconomic backgrounds; Critical thinking skills.

Required: Bachelor's Degree

Preferred: Higher Education experience; nurse/nursing background
