Post date- 5/9/16Responsible for coordinating and preparing material for all client appointments, including Portfolio Reports, Summary Spreadsheets and Investment Downloads. Coordinate the calendars for multiple advisors, including the scheduling of all appointments for the principle advisor. Manage the client consolidated account website, including adding new accounts, linking direct-feed accounts and manual updates. Build and maintain relationships with clients and track all prospective clients. Assist with new business research.Candidate requires the following skills:1. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail2. Excellent communication skills3. Ability to multitask and prioritize a broad range of duties4. Advanced computer skills; the entire Microsoft Office suite and database management5. Four year college degree, preferably in the field of business6.
