Liberty Ford is looking for an Entry-Level Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, solving problems, and learning new skills. You’ll help keep our dealership facilities safe, functional, and looking great while gaining valuable experience in a supportive environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on building systems and equipment

  • Assist with inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs

  • Complete tasks such as painting, light plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and drywall finishing

  • Help maintain dealership grounds, including seasonal upkeep and snow removal

  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and managers

  • Maintain inventory of supplies and report shortages

What We’re Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Basic knowledge of tools and maintenance techniques (training provided)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Physical ability to bend, lift, reach, and climb; lift up to 70 lbs.

  • Comfortable working on ladders, scaffolds, and scissor lifts

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and dependable vehicle for travel between locations.
  • Ability to operate both standard and automatic transmission vehicles.
  • Basic knowledge of maintenance techniques and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
  • Able to work on ladders, scaffolds, and scissor lifts.
