Position Summary
The Marketing Technology Product Manager owns the strategy, roadmap, and execution of marketing and revenue-enabling technology platforms across the marketing technology ecosystem.
This role operates at the intersection of Marketing, Inside Sales Operations, Analytics, and Engineering, translating business objectives into scalable, measurable, and high-performing technology solutions.
Depending on organizational priorities and portfolio assignment, this role may oversee one or more focus areas, including:
- SEO
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and Website Optimization
- Consumer-Facing Technology (including MPI)
- Inside Sales Technology
- Lead Optimization
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Define and own the product vision, multi-quarter roadmap, and prioritized backlog for assigned domains
- Balance near-term delivery with long-term scalability, architectural integrity, and technical health
- Continuously reassess priorities based on business outcomes, customer experience, and evolving organizational goals
- Lead intake, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release coordination with engineering and delivery teams
- Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in partnership with IT
- Ensure timely, high-quality delivery while managing scope, dependencies, and trade-offs
- Align cross-functional stakeholders on priorities, timelines, and expected outcomes
- Communicate roadmap progress, risks, and decisions with clarity and transparency
- Define success metrics, KPIs, and leading indicators for owned platforms and initiatives
- Partner with Analytics to design dashboards, reporting frameworks, and instrumentation
- Monitor post-launch performance and drive continuous optimization to ensure ROI and value realization
- Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency gains, and platform consolidation
- Champion experimentation, A/B testing, and iterative improvement across customer and operational touchpoints
- Use data-driven insights to inform enhancements and future roadmap decisions
- Manage vendor relationships, including performance reviews and roadmap alignment
- Evaluate, select, and implement new tools and platforms as business needs evolve
- Ensure clean integration within the broader marketing technology ecosystem
- Ensure data quality, tracking accuracy, and instrumentation integrity across platforms
- Establish standards and best practices for data capture, governance, and reporting
- Ensure insights are reliable, actionable, and decision-ready
Experience and Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience managing marketing technology platforms
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives that translate business objectives into scalable, measurable technology solutions
- Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO) or Jira
- Working knowledge of CMS, CRM, CDP, marketing automation, analytics, experimentation, attribution, and call-center platforms
- Experience with reporting tools such as Tableau, SQL, and/or Power BI
- Experience managing vendors and external partners
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Must be legally authorized to work without employment visa sponsorship
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree or a Combination of education, training, and experience.
- Experience owning platforms that support call centers, lead routing, attribution, or revenue operations
- Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks, personalization engines, and experimentation governance
- Exposure to SEO tools, CRO platforms, or consumer-facing digital ecosystems
- Experience in high-volume lead environments or multi-channel marketing organizations
Travel Requirements:
- 10% Travel
