Position Description: Sr. FP&A Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and business-focused FP&A Analyst to support our manufacturing operations. This role will be responsible for providing financial insights, analysis, and reporting that drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. The FP&A Analyst will partner closely with operations, supply chain, and leadership teams to deliver actionable recommendations on cost management, profitability, and long-range planning. The ideal candidate has strong manufacturing finance expertise, advanced modeling skills, and the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.

Primary Duties:

· Perform budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning

· Analyze manufacturing performance, including cost and margin trends

· Partner with operations and supply chain to drive financial efficiency

· Deliver insights on profitability, cash flow, and working capital

· Prepare monthly management reports and dashboards for leadership

· Support strategic initiatives, including pricing and capital investments

Qualifications:

· Minimum 4 years of FP&A experience, including 2+ in manufacturing

· Deep understanding of BOMs, cost drivers, and manufacturing finance

· Advanced Excel and Financial modeling; ERP/BI tools preferred

· Strong cross-functional communication and business acumen

Education:

· Bachelor’ degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred)
