KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Total Rewards to join our Talent & Culture organization.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze emerging trends and benchmarks to inform strategic decisions, with attention to cost management, including managing data warehouse and reporting dashboards
- Support the preparation and tracking of the benefits budget
- Develop relationships with external vendors to ensure consistent service delivery, including resolution of escalated user issues and consideration of plan changes; serve as an education resource and an escalation point for the HR Service Center, Benefit Contact Center and HR liaisons
- Serve as a liaison between the external vendors and KPMG's IT security and procurement teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of all security reviews, contracting requirements and renewals for new and existing vendors
- Implement new programs and changes to existing programs through project management and change management efforts by coordinating activities between vendors, procurement, the HR Service Center, IT and communications
- Assist with special project work for the Health & Welfare and Well-being team
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum three years of recent health and welfare experience, or consultant, broker or insurance company experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Knowledge of Health & Welfare plan compliance regulations, including Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), Department of Labor (DOL) and Internal Revenue Code (IRC) guidelines
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret benchmarking, plan data, analyze budget reports, and communicate findings
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with partners and employees at all levels; ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Position is remote but travel to various KPMG offices may be occasionally required as well as to industry conferences and vendor sites
