LEASE ADMINISTRATOR. Industrial Commercial Properties (ICP) seeks a detail-oriented and organized Lease Administrator to manage and oversee all aspects of lease agreements, ensuring compliance and smooth operations between landlords, tenants, and internal stakeholders. Maintain accurate lease files, track critical dates, manage renewals/terminations, and collaborate with property management and legal to resolve issues. Duties and Responsibilities: manage/maintain lease files and databases; review/abstract lease agreements and maintain property notes; accurately calculate and bill charges (base rent, CAM/real estate tax/insurance, percentage/overage rent); track critical dates and complete periodic rent roll validation in MRI; coordinate with tenants/property managers for timely payments and issue resolution; prepare/distribute lease correspondence; assist in lease negotiations; ensure regulatory compliance. Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Real Estate or related; 5+ years lease administration or relevant real estate experience with ability to interpret lease documents; knowledge of property management software (MRI, Yardi, etc.) and financial reporting tools; ability to manage multiple properties/projects under tight deadlines; strong analytical/problem-solving and attention to detail; excellent organization/time management; proficiency in Microsoft Office and lease management software; strong verbal/written communication.
