OPERATIONS MANAGER. Seeking a dedicated and skilled Operations Manager to help oversee day-to-day maintenance and operations of ICP’s commercial properties, ensuring operational efficiency and upkeep and maintaining open communication with tenants. Hands-on maintenance approach with strong understanding of technical/mechanical systems; responsibilities include inspections, troubleshooting and repairs to ensure safe/welcoming environments; interface with tenants, property managers and contractors. Duties and Responsibilities: perform regular inspections and remediate deficiencies; conduct minor repairs in plumbing, electrical and HVAC; respond to tenant maintenance requests; coordinate external contractors; maintain maintenance records; assist in preparing vacant units; perform light cleanup; ensure safety compliance. Qualifications: Proven maintenance/technical experience; troubleshooting/problem-solving; familiarity with plumbing, electrical and HVAC; safe/effective operation of maintenance equipment; excellent communication; ability to work independently/manage time; willingness to be on-call.
