PROPERTY MANAGER. Industrial Commercial Properties (ICP) seeks a dedicated, detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee daily operations of a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring maintenance, profitability and excellent tenant experience. Work closely with owners and tenants for communication, issue resolution and effective management; responsibilities include financial management (budgeting/reporting) and vendor relations. Duties and Responsibilities: perform full site inspections; understand tenant lease responsibilities (incl. HVAC) and review deficiencies; maintain tenant relationships; ensure landlord duties and preventative maintenance; oversee property conditions and remediation; create building abstracts (systems, utilities, docks, roofing, power, etc.); prepare annual operating and capital budgets and reforecasts; bid/oversee projects and conduct on-site meetings; perform light cleanup when needed; review accounts receivable and resolve unpaid amounts; other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred; 3+ years property management or similar; understanding of MEP and control systems; excellent communication/interpersonal; proactive problem-solving; self-directed; proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office; exceptional organization and multitasking; primarily based at Mayfield Heights HQ when not on site; ability to work extended hours.
