OPERATIONS MANAGER. Seeking a dedicated and skilled Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day maintenance and operations of ICP’s commercial properties, ensuring operational efficiency, upkeep, and strong tenant communication. Duties and Responsibilities: Perform regular inspections; conduct minor repairs in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC; respond to tenant maintenance requests; coordinate external contractors; maintain maintenance records; assist in preparation of vacant units; perform light cleanup; ensure safety compliance. Qualifications: Proven maintenance or technical field experience; strong troubleshooting; familiarity with plumbing/electrical/HVAC; ability to operate maintenance equipment safely; excellent communication; ability to work independently and manage time; willingness to be on-call for emergencies.
