PROPERTY MANAGER. Industrial Commercial Properties (ICP) is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a portfolio of ICP’s commercial properties. Responsible for overall management and maintenance, tenant experience, and maximizing property value. Duties and Responsibilities: Perform full site inspections; understand tenant responsibilities per leases (including HVAC); maintain strong tenant relationships; ensure landlord duties and preventative maintenance programs; identify/remediate deficiencies; create building abstracts detailing systems, dock positions, utilities, roofing, backflows, site power, etc.; prepare annual operating/capital budgets and reforecasts; bid/oversee projects; light cleanup duties as needed; review accounts receivable and resolve unpaid amounts; other assigned activities. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred; 3+ years property management or similar; understanding of mechanical/electrical/plumbing/control systems; excellent communication; proactive, self-directed; proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office; exceptional organization and attention to detail; ability to multitask and meet timelines; primarily working in Mayfield Heights HQ when not on site; ability to work extended hours.
