Summary:


The Regional Banking Insights Specialist contributes to the Regional Banking content strategy by developing differentiated, customer‑focused insights. Conducts research to support content development, identifies appropriate formats, gathers input from internal subject matter experts, and writes various short- and long-form content materials.

  • Perform industry and company research and use analytical skills to make meaning of that research, outlining disruptive insights about markets, industries, and companies
  • Working with the Regional Banking Content Manager, identify content topics and perspectives that align with Regional Banking’s advice and guidance sales approach
  • Identify opportunities to position Huntington Bank as a thought leader by conducting interviews with internal subject matter experts
  • Create articles, infographics, social media posts, and other content on topics of interest to business owners and leaders
  • Support the delivery of content through the development of email messaging, voicemail scripting, social media posts, and additional sales support tools

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3 years of research, analysis, and writing in a banking, financial services, or credit environment

  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Attention to detail and ability to creatively find opportunities for improvement

  • Ability to influence team members (in a non-direct report environment)
  • Experience training and presenting in a professional setting

  • Ability to identify continuous improvement opportunities and solutions

Compensation Range:

$24.00-$44.50 Hourly

The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan. In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
