Description

Be part of a legacy of care.

At Hudec Dental, dentistry is about more than healthy smiles — it’s about creating meaningful connections and making every patient feel like family. Since 1977, we’ve been 100% family owned and operated, and for more than 40 years, our mission has stayed the same: to treat every patient with sincerity, integrity, and compassion.

Founded by Dr. John Hudec, who once served as a patient coordinator, dental assistant, hygienist, and doctor, our practice was built on humility, hard work, and an unwavering commitment to people. That legacy lives on today in every smile we help create.

We’re looking for a Patient Care Support Center Representative who shares those same values — someone with an energetic personality, a caring heart, and the ability to deliver an outstanding experience with every call, every visit, every smile.

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome new and existing patients, helping them feel at ease while supporting their dental needs

  • Schedule appointments, verify insurance information, and maintain accurate office schedules

  • Answer questions and address patient concerns with empathy and professionalism

  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth and positive patient experience

  • Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the office and patients

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 1–3 years of customer service experience (healthcare experience a plus)

  • Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone

  • Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office; ability to learn clinical software

  • A team player with a genuine desire to help people

What We Offer

  • Competitive pay with bonus opportunities

  • Monday–Friday schedules — no nights or weekends

  • Career growth opportunities and professional development support

  • A supportive, family-focused culture where your voice matters

  • Modern facilities and a leadership team invested in your success

If you’re ready to grow your career in a place where patients always come first — and where you’ll always feel like family — Hudec Dental is the home for you
