- Complete QMS Audit activities in accordance with the Internal Audit Process Manual, including the adherence to the defined Internal Auditor Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site audits at various office locations, approximately 50% required travel
- Maintain organized documentation to evidence the performance of QMS audits and effectively communicate the results to Stakeholders
- Make recommendations to management regarding potential improvements to the audit process
- Comply with HDR ethical standards for employees and the American Society for Quality (ASQ) Code of Ethics for Certified Quality Auditor (CQA).
- Support the Quality Office as a resource for promoting quality culture
- Effectively manage and protect the validity of the audit data and secure against unintended use or alterations
- Maintain confidentiality of the audit
- Manage assigned annual budgets to expectations
- Perform other related duties as needed
- At least one year experience as a Lead Auditor in the A/E industry
- Strong skills in MS tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Access
- Professional Bachelor's degree
- Passion for quality; committed to continuous improvement; understands and embraces HDR's QMS.
- Experience executing Quality conformance or audits within the A/E industry
- Certification or able to obtain certification as a Certified Quality Auditor
