We're looking to add a Field Implementation Specialist to our growing technical team.

TimeKeeping Systems develops and supports Guard1 Real Time, a technically sophisticated platform used by customers to document services and insure well-being of those in their care.Guard1 is used across a range of industries including behavioral healthcare and corrections.

Our Field Implementation team assists new and existing customers with onboarding, tuning and maintenance of our safety / critical systems.

The Role

Guard1 Real Time Duress implementations involve networked hardware, RF and low-voltage devices, software, on-premises and hosted services. You'll travel to customer facilities nationwide to install and commission Guard1 Duress systems, train customer staff, and assist with technical issues on-site. Expect to be in the field 40–60% of the time.

To build the product knowledge you'll need, you'll spend your first few months working alongside our technical support and implementation teams.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and commission networked hardware and low-voltage devices at customer facilities
• Guide new customers through the Guard1 Duress onboarding process from kickoff through go-live
• Train customer staff on system operation and administration
• Resolve technical issues during and after deployment
• Coordinate with internal teams — support, sales, and development — to keep projects on track
• Document site configurations and project status
• Assist in system planning and related implementation projects

We'd like to speak to you if you have:

• Experience in a hands-on technical role — field service, systems installation, AV, access control, low-voltage, IT, or technical support
• Self-directed and effective experience working independently at customer sites
• Strong customer communication skills — patient, clear, and accountable
• Demonstrated experience with networking concepts and hardware deployment
• Willingness to travel nationally 40%+ of the time
