The Role
We’re hiring a Mortgage Sales Recruiter focused on bringing in high-performing Loan Officers (primarily consumer-direct / refinance experience).
This is a full-cycle recruiting role where you’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing both individual producers and entire teams/branches.
What You’ll Do
- Recruit Loan Officers with a focus on consumer-direct / refinance backgrounds
- Identify and pursue team and branch acquisition opportunities
- Utilize data-driven recruiting tools (MMI, RETR, etc.) to source and outbound top producers
- Manage full recruiting cycle: sourcing → screening → interview → offer → close
- Sell candidates on Green Lending’s platform, comp structure, and growth opportunity
- Partner closely with leadership on hiring strategy and market targeting
- Coordinate with our onboarding specialist to ensure smooth new hire transitions
- Continuously build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of recruiting experience (mortgage recruiting strongly preferred)
- Experience recruiting Loan Officers or sales professionals
- Strong outbound sourcing and candidate closing ability
- Comfortable using data/tools to identify and target top producers
- High urgency, competitive mindset, and strong communication skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, growing environment
