The Role

We’re hiring a Mortgage Sales Recruiter focused on bringing in high-performing Loan Officers (primarily consumer-direct / refinance experience).

This is a full-cycle recruiting role where you’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing both individual producers and entire teams/branches.

What You’ll Do

  • Recruit Loan Officers with a focus on consumer-direct / refinance backgrounds
  • Identify and pursue team and branch acquisition opportunities
  • Utilize data-driven recruiting tools (MMI, RETR, etc.) to source and outbound top producers
  • Manage full recruiting cycle: sourcing → screening → interview → offer → close
  • Sell candidates on Green Lending’s platform, comp structure, and growth opportunity
  • Partner closely with leadership on hiring strategy and market targeting
  • Coordinate with our onboarding specialist to ensure smooth new hire transitions
  • Continuously build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience (mortgage recruiting strongly preferred)
  • Experience recruiting Loan Officers or sales professionals
  • Strong outbound sourcing and candidate closing ability
  • Comfortable using data/tools to identify and target top producers
  • High urgency, competitive mindset, and strong communication skills
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, growing environment
