GPD is currently seeking an Entry-Level Electrical Engineer for our Electrical Design team in our Independence, OH office location. This person will focus primarily on Federal program projects.
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • 1-3 years of experience.
  • Experience in supporting engineers and architects in design and documentation for project work.
  • Bachelor's degree of Electrical Engineering required.
  • Experience in AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Must possess strong communication skills and ability to work within a team environment working with individuals from various offices.
  • MS Office products and Bluebeam experience preferred.
  • Some local area travel may be required on occasions.
  • Valid Driver’s License is required.
Day-to-day job responsibilities:
  • Technical problem-solving.
  • Engineering design and documentation for building construction projects under the direction of a senor level engineer.
  • Supporting projects with technical design and documentation using Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Communication and coordination with multi-disciplinary groups.
