Pay Range: $22.00/hr.-$30.00/hr. - Competitive compensation based on your valuable experience!

Daily Duties:
- Expertly maintain Service Technicians' daily schedules and dispatch teams as service calls are completed
- Keep customer database current and accurate while providing clear, professional communications with department managers, employees, and customers
- Keep customers informed about schedules and lead-times with proactive updates
- Coordinate conference calls and meetings efficiently
- Monitor incoming phone calls, after-hour requests, and chat communications
- Manage membership programs, including scheduling visits, processing renewals, and setting up convenient payment plans
- Plan and coordinate work-related travel arrangements
- Maintain office organization and manage supply and filter inventory
- Support additional responsibilities as business needs evolve
Skill Requirements:
- Build on your solid foundation with 3+ years of dispatching experience
- Previous HVAC industry experience strongly preferred
- 3+ years of ServiceTitan experience preferred
- Strong geographical knowledge of service area or excellent map reading skills
- Advanced organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Outstanding customer service abilities and professional communication
- Demonstrate independence and self-starter mentality
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Excel at prioritizing and multitasking in fast-paced environments
- Maintain meticulous organization and accuracy
