We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to become a vital part of our dynamic customer service team!

Job Summary: Be the welcoming voice that brightens customers' days while expertly assisting with booking appointments, following up on projects, showcasing our products and services, and resolving customer needs with care.

Pay Range: $18.00/hr.-$24.00/hr.- Competitive compensation based on your valuable experience!

Daily Duties:

  • Convert incoming customer calls into successful booked service appointments
  • Deliver call scripts with authentic energy and warmth; be clear, compelling, and genuinely personable
  • Exceed customer expectations, solve challenges effectively, and showcase the Gorjanc advantage
  • Build meaningful professional relationships and inspire customer loyalty through great service
  • Participate in training opportunities to boost success and develop outbound calling skills
  • Support the company's commitment to resolving customer concerns quickly and positively
  • Maintain accurate customer database records with attention to detail

Skill Requirements:

  • Build on your impressive track record delivering outstanding customer service
  • Previous experience in Home Services industry strongly preferred
  • Experience with ServiceTitan or other CRM systems is a major plus
  • Microsoft and Apple competent; good typist and proficient with phone systems
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent follow-through abilities
  • Communicate effectively through both verbal and written channels
  • Naturally build trust and connect with genuine empathy
