We are hiring retail associates to hang and tag merchandise, ensuring quality standards for soft-line donations. By efficiently processing and tagging apparel, you will contribute to donor and customer satisfaction while embodying our core values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer and donor service to ensure 100% satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about brand names, maker's marks, and trends, including vintage and current opportunities.
  • Inspect and process soft line goods, ensuring they meet quality standards (e.g., no stains, tears, missing buttons, etc.).
  • Hang, tag, and size apparel onto racks, transporting them to designated areas.
  • Maintain accurate hang and rotation counts while meeting agency goals.
  • Ensure the hanging and processing areas are clean, organized, and safe.
  • As needed, assist with floor running, apparel rotation, and dressing room maintenance.
  • Uphold and model the DGR MODE Guiding Principles in all tasks and interactions.
