Advancement in the tier system is up to the motivation of the employee. Entry level head technicians start at a base pay of $19.00 per hour, with more advanced head technicians receiving a minimum base pay of $23.00 per hour.- $19.50 – Overall compensation per hour for new hires (attendance bonuses, commission bonuses, tips, healthcare, dental, PTO, Paid Holidays and 401k company match) based off a 40 hour work week- Overtime is available at 1.5x your hourly rateTO APPLYFor any of the positions listed, please fill out our online application using the link below.
