Early-career position with strong growth opportunity within the Rudolph Libbe Group. Work with multiple project managers, estimators and superintendents as needed across multiple projects. Ultimately responsible for correspondence to owner/architects, subcontractors, and field associates. Assist in managing projects and developing estimates.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist project managers and estimators with the following:
• Strict adherence to Rudolph Libbe Group safety practices and procedures
• Project planning and implementation of activities
• Procurement of labor, materials, and equipment
• Document control including submittals, methods statements, safety reports, drawing logs and associated tracking processes
• Meeting minutes development and updates
• Subcontractor coordination
• Estimating
• Contracts administration
• Cost control
• Sales/customer satisfaction
• Travel to jobsites as required by PM and/or superintendents

SKILLS

• Willingness to travel as needed for projects
• Strong technology skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to be dynamic, prioritize, handle multiple tasks, and respond quickly to requests of customers, superintendents, and construction partners
• Working knowledge of blueprints and construction specifications preferred
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn is essential
• Ability to adapt to unique job requirements

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• A bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or Construction Management preferred
• Experience in the construction industry preferred
