We are seeking a Mechanical Estimator/Project Manager for our Rudolph Libbe Group Cleveland operations. This associate will be responsible for estimating, project management and account management for industrial customers in Northeast Ohio.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Estimating
• Scheduling
• Project Management
• Customer relationships
• Proactive safety planning and execution
• Subcontractor and vendor relationships
• Coordination with field forces
• Cost control
• Ability to grow book of business
• Ability to react quickly to request of field associates and client needs

SKILLS

• Relevant computer skills
• Ability to bid and manage work from conceptual stage through completion
• Working knowledge of blueprints and construction specifications

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• Five plus years of piping experience in Northeast Ohio
