In this position...

The Plant Engineering Team Manager is responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and new installations within the Cleveland Engine Plant. The job is accomplished through working with hourly (UAW / IBEW) Skilled Trades, Construction Commodity Manager (CCM), and Contracted Services. Funding for the work comes from the maintenance budget and capital funding, which requires managing budgets and writing appropriation requests. The Team Manager will be expected to work with local employees (represented and non-represented Ford personnel, as well as non-Ford personnel) and communicate with functional skill teams, Suppliers, FordLand, and the management team.

You'll have...

High School Diploma or GED
5+ years of experience as a facility engineer or construction project manager.
5+ years of experience leading professional engineers and leading skilled trades.
Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Solid organizational skills, including proven ability to multitask.
Ability to work independently with excellent problem-solving skills.
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Servant Leadership principles

This position is leadership level 6 and ranges from $112,680-212,760.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
