Role Description The Maintenance Associate is a full-time, on-site role located in Lyndhurst, OH. This position is responsible for performing routine and corrective maintenance across building interiors and exteriors, including minor repairs, basic carpentry, and plumbing tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include inspecting facilities and equipment, responding to work orders, conducting preventive maintenance, and assisting with seasonal upkeep such as landscaping support and snow removal. The Maintenance Associate will safely operate tools and equipment, coordinate with property management and vendors, and help ensure that all areas remain clean, safe, and in good working order for residents, tenants, and visitors. The role requires consistent attendance, adherence to safety protocols, and a commitment to delivering reliable, high-quality maintenance services.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance, with the ability to diagnose basic issues and perform routine repairs.
- Proficiency using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively in a property maintenance environment.
- Experience with basic carpentry tasks such as repairs, installations, and general building upkeep.
- Working knowledge of minor plumbing repairs and maintenance, including fixtures, leaks, and clogs.
- Ability to follow safety procedures, read and complete work orders, and manage time to address multiple tasks efficiently.
- Physical ability to lift moderate weights, climb ladders, stand for extended periods, and work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach when interacting with residents, tenants, and team members.
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior maintenance or facilities experience in residential or commercial properties is preferred.
